FAQs

Can you guarantee my property will sell quickly?

No, but we will try our best to find the right buyer for you. A quick sale depends on who is looking for a property like yours, at the point we list it and in the area where your home is located. There has to be an element of ‘right place, right time’ with every sale and a little bit of luck.

Can you reduce your sales fee?

No. We provide a fixed fee service because it allows us to offer a combination of realistic and affordable online pricing along with a traditional high street agent service. You wouldn’t try to negotiate the price of your weekly supermarket bill at the checkout, so please don’t ask us to give you a discount either.

Can you give me a free gas safe and EPC?
No but we can certainly organise these for you at £90 each. Our staff are not qualified to perform gas safety checks or energy valuations on properties, but we can arrange for a professional to undertake these tasks for you.
Do I need to do the work you have suggested to sell my property?
Not at all. We sometimes simply suggest certain jobs are completed before a property is put on the market, with a view to helping it sell more quickly. Any works we discuss with you are only a recommendation, however, they may improve the kerb appeal or ‘saleability’ of your property.
