Southend-on-Sea has an estimated population of 176 ,000. It is a key economic driver in South Essex; significant levels of investment have seen significant redevelopment of the town centre and seafront with a major expansion programme in place for Southend Airport.

Southend offers direct road and rail links between London and the coast creating a highly desirable and affordable location for commuters.

The town’s State Of The Art University (University of Essex) in the heart of our town centre has further increased market demand for centrally located rental properties.
