The letting team was really good value for money. They found a tenant, showed people round and the property manager came to my home and talked me through the process. Marcus and Charlotte were excellent.

I was a bit concerned if the property would sell in this climate.  However, I should not have been as Matt and his team did an excellent job and obtained a great price for the house for me. 

Well done - as at the time 4-5 other houses were up for sale with other agents in the same area and mine was the only property that sold.  The owners of the other houses should have contacted matt and his team!

I’m exchanged, I’m exchanged!  I couldn’t be smiling anymore, I practically need peeling off the ceiling, I’m so happy. I have been dancing around the office for the past five minutes, grinning like a crazy. Oh, I can’t believe it is finally done.

I have been checking my phone every two seconds – and have been broadcasting to anyone who will listen that the conveyancers had been in the office for x hours and x minutes. I think everyone else is as relived as I am (am pretty sure Countrywide are pleased to get rid of me).
