Essentially, you will qualify tenants, escort them around a selection of properties and help them choose their new home. Eventually you will also carry out market appraisals.
We call our negotiators Letting Consultants, to reflect the wide range and importance of the services they provide. If you are already a negotiator in a letting agency, then so much the better as you will already know why we are after the best!
However, working experience in a sales environment could also make you a contender. This varied and interesting role includes agreeing rents, advising landlords and matching tenants with the right properties.
Our Letting Consultants are ambitious yet good team players and relish the chance of being at the �sharp� end of an expanding company. You will have a background in sales (though not necessarily in property), show excellent communication skills and a clean driving license. After the Lettings team has found a suitable tenant, the Property Managment team will manage the property for the remainder of the tenancy and provide landlord and tenant alike with an outstanding quality of service.
What will you need to survive? Confidence, the ability to communicate effectively, I.T. skills, an excellent eye for detail combined with strong organisational, numerical and administrative skills.
A good sense of humour wouldn't go amiss and the ability to solve problems is a must! A varied and stimulating role - no chance of boredom!

Responsibility for the smooth day to day running of our reception area
Performing an essential supportive role in the day to day running of our branch, you'd be helping with the, advertising, telephone enquiries and greeting clients when they first arrive in our office
A good typing speed, an eye for detail and a pleasant telephone manner are essentials, though a sense of humour and the ability to work under pressure is just as important.
