Renting Buying
Property Management...

On completion of your purchase you will be asked to sign a Property Management Agreement to instruct PACE to manage the property on your behalf. We will then arrange for a suitably referenced tenant to occupy the property (if not occupied already) as soon as possible thereafter and an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement will be prepared for a minimum period of six months. The property would be managed by our own letting and management team.

The property will be inspected periodically.

You will be provided with:

  • A Property File
  • Monthly Statements detailing the rental payments and management charges
  • An invoice, as necessary, for all repairs/works carried out to your property. (if the work exceeds £100 + VAT we will seek authority from you first, except in cases of emergency)
  • A property update following the periodic inspection
  • Property File

A full property file will be prepared and sent to you, to include items such as:

  • The Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
  • The Property Management Agreement
  • Gas/Electric Safety Certificates
  • Schedule of Works (showing the works that have been carried out to the property)
  • Any other relevant documents

The file will normally be sent to you once a tenant has signed the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and moved into the property.

PACE will always try to achieve the best rent and will guarantee to pay the quoted amount for twelve months.
