When you live in a flat, service charges are generally payable to the freeholder or agent. If you feel you are paying too much or would like more control, there are various options available to you. We can support you from the outset with a simple review to advise you of the best course of action.
You have the right to manage your block
Most flat owners have the right to claim the management of their block from their freeholders. You don’t even need to prove they are doing anything wrong.
