The latest figures released by Rightmove have made for fabulous reading in the PACE head office. So we thought we’d share them with you. Out of 101 letting agents in the greater Southend area, we were listed top for the number of properties available for rent*. What an achievement if we do say so ourselves! It’s also worth mentioning, we were placed second for the number of new listings received and a very noteworthy third place for turnaround times when getting tenants into their new homes. 

These statistics are just three taken from a long list of figures calculated by Rightmove. What they confirm is that we have a wide range of property available for tenants which changes regularly. Plus, we are working efficiently and effectively. If you know of anyone who is having problems with their existing agent, maybe now is the time to switch to PACE.
