Costs Of Purchasing

PACE Plc have structured a streamlined, efficient process to minimise the time and effort you as a private investor have to make to enable your purchase to be completed promptly using PACE PLC approved panel of independent third parties, all of whom work to the same high standard and provide a proficient and value for money service.

There will be three fixed payments required from you during the process of your purchase.

Commitment Fee

This is a fee of £1000.00 payable to PACE Plc when you agree to purchase a property and sign the Solicitors Instruction Form. This fee is non-refundable should you decide not to proceed with your purchase. We will reserve your chosen property and remove it from any further marketing.

Valuation/Submission Fee

A fee of £500.00 is payable to the Mortgage Broker on completion of your mortgage application. This is non-refundable once the valuation has been carried out.

This covers the following:

Mortgage assessment
Valuation of your property

Fixed Completion Fee

This is a fixed fee of £1000.00 and will be requested by your Solicitor prior to completion of your purchase. Should you decide not to proceed with the purchase a fee may be payable to your Solicitor for abortive work.

This fee covers:

All Legal fees and disbursements (not including stamp duty)

The service we provide includes the following:

Assistance in completing the mortgage application forms and the collation of all the required documentation.
The administration of your purchase, the instruction and liaison between all third parties, including the Mortgage Broker and Solicitor A full 12 months rental guarantee
Securing a tenant, including advertising, carrying out viewings, referencing for suitability and production of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
First years full managements service
Sending a completed Property File
Periodic property inspections
