PACE have structured a streamlined, efficient process to minimise the time and effort you as a private investor have to make to enable your purchase to be completed promptly using PACE approved panel of independent third parties, all of whom work to the same high standard and provide a proficient and value for money service. There will be three fixed payments required from you during the process of your purchase.
This is a fee of £1000.00 payable to PACE when you agree to purchase a property and sign the Solicitors Instruction Form. This fee is non-refundable should you decide not to proceed with your purchase. We will reserve your chosen property and remove it from any further marketing.
A fee of £500.00 is payable to the Mortgage Broker on completion of your mortgage application. This is non-refundable once the valuation has been carried out. This covers the following:
